a seaside ESCAPE to remember

the room faced the sea and offered AMAZING views. the hotel provided toiletries, convenient. the on-site bar proved useful for a late-night drink, it was just what i needed after a long day. i appreciated the complimentary WiFi, it helped me stay connected. all was quiet and peaceful at night.
The walls were thin. I could hear conversations from the adjacent room, a little distracting.

the hotel location is very convenient. it allows for a quick walk to all the local attractions including the central pier. there is a bar area plus an entertainment area. drink prices are decent there.
the kettle plug socket came off the wall when i plugged it in.

The hotel had a good location and offered clean rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially during check-in. I appreciate the bar area with a pool table, IT was clean. I will recommend this hotel.
I found some aspects of the room outdated! This affected the overall experience.

stale smokeobscured view
the decor seemed like it was straight out of the '70s. Think brown and orange everything. worse, the promised sea view was mostly obscured by a massive, overgrown tree. i'm not sure what i expected, but it wasn't this.
